In January 2014, in partnership with the AITA and HSBC, the Wimbledon Foundation unveiled The Road to Wimbledon in India, an initiative to increase tennis opportunities for junior players with the establishment of two National 14 and Under events in Delhi and Mumbai in January 2014, culminating in a Junior Masters tournament in Delhi in April 2014. The finalists of the Masters were invited to the UK National Finals held at the All England Club, Wimbledon, in August 2014, with Siddhant Banthia from Pune (pictured far right), triumphing in both the boys’ singles and doubles.

In addition, the Wimbledon Foundation staged a series of educational tennis clinics  given by Tim Henman and Dan Bloxham, Head Coach of the All England Club,  held during the January events in Delhi and Mumbai.
